I'm trying to use the pen drive from my PSR3000 to transfer to and from my Tyros. Will a USB gender changer adapter A/Female to B/Male work. I know I could hook up with the USB cable, but they're not always within reach of each other

Hi Ron,
I don't believe the Tyros has the capacity to see the pen drive, even with the proper connection. I wish it did! I'm sure someone else will know for certain.

Do you have a hard drive installed? You can get them for very little money and they are easy to install.

Yes, Don I do have the HD in the Tyros. I was just looking for a more convenient way to transfer files and styles.

I recently picked up a 40gig 2.5 in notebook HD that I'm mounting in an external enclosure that makes it a USB drive and will try that with the 3K. My concern is whether the power supply will handle the added demand of the HD.
