this may probably be for dave, but is the wk2000 just an oriental keyboard? or does it have the standard "western" styles onboard...also dave do you know of any demos apart from the one that just plays the paris waltz style?
thanks
dennis

Hi Dennis,

Obviously, I'm not Dave, however, this may help.

In several posts I've seen you ask abt the WK 2, and WK 2000. Don't know where any demos are, but at
www.generalmusic.com

This is not the US site. You can download the manual for the WK 2000 SE, and on page 58 there is a list of the styles. 96 styles are listed, and it deosn't appear to be oriental.

Hope this helps,
Don

Hi Dennis,

A couple of years ago the WK2000HD was available in the US and was aimed at standard western styles. Currently the only WK2000 that is available in the US is the WK2000 Oriental which as the name suggests is loaded with Arabic styles and sounds although there are still a number of standard western type styles but not like on the original WK2000.

Best Regards,

Dave

P.S. Hi Don!

Hi Don,

Everything is great with me at the moment. I hope the same is true for you.

I've been gigging quite a bit lately. I am finally getting some gigs for my jazz band, JazzItUp so I'm keeping pretty busy at night.

Best Regards,

Dave

Hey, thanks a lot Dennis! The recording quality isn't the greatest. Hopefully I will get a chance to get some better cuts in the next several gigs and add to the list.
