I have checked this, and you can find the different sizes through THIS LINK
The sizes of the PSR3000 are (according to the manual) in inches app: 39 x 16 x 7
That would mean that the medium size is just too small (39-41.5 in. long x 12-15 in. wide) and the large one is too big (42-50 in. long x 15-20 in. wide)

Fran's Keywear Covers look good too.
For PSR keyboards (61 keys) it should be the Medium size, but it doesn't say how far it will stretch.
Fran, which one do you have for your VA-7?
(dimensions VA-7 are appr. 47 x 16 x 8)

For both types of covers: are they anti-static?

DO ANY OF THESE COVERS COVER THE TYROS MOUNTED SPEAKERS AS WELL?

Probably not, but you should be able to fit it around the kb and let the speakers stick out. Dust is bad for switches and buttons, but the speakers will be fine.

That's interesting Dave -- if anything I thought that the speakers should be protected. What about studio monitors which don't have a mesh in front -- is it also unnecessary to cover them?
