It has been a while that there is no talk about sd1's next O.S. upgrade. I am just wondering when it will be released and what kinds of features they are adding to it.

I hope Sandro still remembers some of my suggestions specially adding loop recording in the Pattern edit and being able to use all four outs and still take advantage of the on board effects.

I do not think the output situation can be changed with an OS update .

Your suggestions for the pattern sequencer are being looked at . However ....I do not think this will change with an OS update .

I am still not gettig a clear respond regarding my question. Is AJ still around?

I am surprised if korg was able to add a big feature like sampling to their Korg Pa80 with a software update, why can't ketron add a simple thing like loop recording and a few other improvements to this very expensive keyboard which should already been there in the first place.

A hardware change will be required in order to enable effects on all outputs when using 4-Separate Out.
Loop recording is being looked into but due to memory limitations, might not be emplimented in next OS change (unless we take out another feature/function).
Sampling on the KORG PA80 - this had already been disigned and hardware implimented. The OS simply turned on this feature and included the modifications to GUI (Graphical User Interface/screen display).
