There are many of us who receive the periodic Korg publication PROVIEW, and there is a page where owners of various synths can purchase additional sound disks. I attempted to purchase such a disk in December of last year, the Ambience and Stage disk to be exact, and was left with a product that did NOT work! The company I purchased it from, Parts Is Parts (VT), sent me out another disk which was also defective. My total cost including shipping was $31. After numerous phone calls to Parts Is Part and my credit card company, I finally, (yesterday), received a refund, ($25). There are many honest places to get disks from, Kid Nepro, Greytsounds, Pro Rec, however, we as Korg consumers need to be wary of faulty products and questionable business practices by Korg and their retail associates.

Actually, the person at Korg I spoke with in December stated that THEY, (Korg), had found that these particular sound disks were problematic. When I posted this topic, I wasn't looking to rattle any cages, just alert would be consumers to be aware. We ALL need to be concerned as to the way we spend our money in these days of financial downturn, layoffs, and emotionally devoid CEOs/Managers/Boards, don't we? Yes, being cheated out of $6 isn't a big deal, but dishonesty is dishonesty.
