Hi all,
Well, after I plaied the E-80 for a day I found many things to sound like the G-70. The drums are much better as well as the grand piano. I wasn't that impressed with the build in speakers.
So now I am choocing between the Pa1X. Yes, the Pa1X is not the newest arranger, but to me it sounds much more live and i like the styles. Maybe someone who has a Pa1X can comment on this one.
You have also the CD burning and the mp3 expantion for it.
many thanks,
Christian

Hi Christian. I own the PA1X and i have also played the Roland E80. Korg are coming out with a new Operating system in december i think that will comletely update the PA1X FOR FREE. At least wait until we can review the os improvement before you make a final decision to purchase either the E80 , PA1X or ANY OTHER ARRANGER.

PS. I also didnt like the E80 inbuilt speakers but i have been told that you need to alter the speaker modelling set up as the default model is rubbish but once you do this it should sound much better.
