Hi everyone interested,

Here you'll find some fine new demos on the KN7000.

Well, what do you think of it (especially in comparisson with the praised Tyros)???

Greetings,

Gert-Jan

Hello Gert-Jan,
It's nice to see more 'dutchies' become member of our forum-family.
Thanks for your URL with demo's. I truly am a bit surprised that Oostendorp kept the Technics-keyboardline (Jaap has them too)
I downloaded some of the demo's and last week I heard the KN7000 'life'.... it sounds good but it misses soo many things e.g. the SD1 DOES have :
Excellent drums, Musical drive, musical feel, 'body' in the sound, ridgid (metal) housing ......etc.

kind regards,

Roel.
Btw. Is (rally) Paul familie van je ?

Dear Roel,

I agree with you that the drums of the 7000 in someway do lack in comparisson with the so beloved SD1. I myself also own that ketron-type. Ketron drums are far more realistic, much thicker (powerfull and groovylike, efficient for live gigs) than the 7000. But on the other hand, you must agree, its all a mather of taste as well as of personal mood. When I'm in a mancholic mood I always love to turn on my 6000 (for its smooth and harmonic overall concept). When I'm exuberant, on the other hand, I love it to gig on my ketron (much more steamy).

By the way Roel, (rally) Paul is not family of mine.

Greetings,

Gert-Jan
