my Wavestation will not play C# D# F G A on EVERY octave on EVERY patch. Is there some type of global initialization. Has this happened to anyone? Any suggestions?

You have set the Korg to play ODD notes. I think that it on Global Transmit. I'm not sure. If you have two wavestations this allows you to set one to play ODD notes, and the other to Play EVEN. This basically doubles your polyphony (sort of). Anyway, that's its purpose.
