OKAY! I went to Bill's Music House in Catonsville MD and test drove the MS2000. This is a really cool synth, lots of knobs laid out everthing is printed on the front panel for easy understanding. Cool sounds, and a good feeling keyboard. The wood side pannels are a nice touch. BUT, I do have one major gripe with this synth. The knobs are way too small. I feel like I am going to break these things. Couldn't KORG have made them a little bit bigger?

They are small but a little TLC goes a long way . After all , the ARP synthesizers had cheap pots and so did the Roland SH-101 and MC-202 . The only differnce is that the Korg has no real potentiometers under those knobs . They are monolithic , a contact direct to the circuit board . There is nothing analog inside the Korg MS-2000 . The circuit board inside is only as large as the area of the knobs and buttons and the display . The DSP chip drives everything . A cool design .

OK 800DV Thank you. I still wish Korg made them bigger though!
