Has anyone used this voice enhancing/harmony device? I wish to move upmarket from the KN7000 Mic setup and have been looking at various black boxes available in Australia. Actually purchased the DigiTech Vocalist Performer, but returned it as I felt it didn't give me a believable sound! Now looking at the TC-Helicon Quintet or VoiceWorks. Thought about VoiceOne but it is too pricy here. Have to add that it is for hobby/home use.
Any comments, thanks?

Hi Keith,

I recently purchased the Voiceworks to replace a Behringer DSP110, Korg ih and Alesis Nanoverb.

The VW is easy to use and offers a lot of great features. (phantom, effects, reverb, Dynamics, noise gate, EQ's, Pitch correction, voice thickening, harmony)

The sound is outstanding and free of noise. Harmony voices sound very nice and real. With the 3-switch you can control every feature you like. (eg. harmony hold)

Wietse (my singer) does not realy need a pitch correction on stage, but during recordings (wearing a headphone) it helps a lot !

The voice-one indeed is very pricy and does not even have the pitch correction feature.

Update :
Just back from our first gig with the Voiceworks.. : Superb !!
The mic-input has a huge headroom before distortion occurs. The harmony sound great in stereo and vocal-plate reverb suits perfect for on stage use.
