hello,hope u guys can help me solve my problem.My RD150 digital piano sound great when listen using a head phone but sound really awful using my PA system.
this are the gears I am using:
keyboard - RD150(Italy), PSR2000(Indonesia)
mixer - Peavey RQ200(China)
amplifier- Soundtech PL200(taiwan,korea or china)
sonic maximiser - BBE264(USA)
speaker - Peavey Impulse 652S(China)

is there anything wrong with my setup?It did sound better after I installed BBE but still not as good as using headphone.any good solution?

I would instinctively ask if your amplifier, mixer, and speakers are all setup for Stereo. Your headphones are stereo, but if you are outputting MONO on your amp, your samples from the rd-150 will sound terrible.

thks 4 responding,I m pretty sure that my setup are stereo.I use stereo channel input on the mixer(2 cables,L & R),and output to BBE(also 2 cables)then to the stereo amp(again,2 cables)finally to a pair of speakers,did I miss out anything?I don't have an equalizer but I saw many gig setup using an extra EQ,do I need that?is that going to help in sounding better?I hope to get things sound as good as what I hear from headphone.

Check one more thing...Make sure your mixer is NOT in Bridged mode, but in Stereo mode.
