On e-bay, but only 12 miles from me. I'm going to go look at it as soon as my youngun gets up from her nap.

No leslie, and I'll need a TREK II TP3B for it.

I'm seriously thinking of getting a MotionSound PRO 145 (leslie) for it too, that way I can use it with the Hammond or the V-Combo.

Hmmm....

A Hammond C2 for $550.00???? Seems like an extremely low price. Is it working?

Sounds like a real find. You'll definately want to try doppler effect amplification.

I have a Motion sound top rotor box which i use with a Hammond XP-2. I don't think they make them anymore. I has a moving horn and bottom simulator. It "ain't" a 147RV, but it is about the size of a small suitcase. Of course, when I can, I use a B-3 and a 147RV.

Have fun!

Don't get the Pro-145. I've heard from a few people that the sound it too muffled. However the MS Pro-3Tm combined with the Low-Pro LP-120 I've heard makes a very good combo. The Pro-3Tm is just the horn with bass rotor simulation. Connected to the LP-120 which is the drum section, it acts as a full rotary speaker. Or you could search for a leslie speaker. Hope the C2 works out for you, it sounds like an excellent buy.

Thanks for the input guys. I ordered a pair of Roll or Karis from the factory which should be here friday and I have a 5x8 U-Haul trailer lined up for saturday, at which time I'll actually pick it up.

My next aquisition will be a tone cabinet, even before the percussion upgrade.

Oh well, off to ebay ...

The cool thing about the Pro 145 is that it already has 3 built-in mics inside the cabinet. Then you output those to a PA.

I may still try one for 30 days...

Thanks for the input Ryan.

Take a look at the Leslie Model 21 which sells for $900.00 us. I hear it's pretty good.

I want to try to match a L122 to it. A L145 is a shorter version of the L122. Same guts, just a shorter cabinet. If you look at the picture of the amp by itself and enlarge the pic you'll see that it says Leslie Type 122 on the red ID plate.

The cool thing about it is that it is right here in town so I won't have to pay shipping on it. I'll just go pick it up.

You'll really need a percussion upgrade on
that particular instrument. I bought a c-3 from a church several years ago and had the local guy do the percussion upgrade. I'll try to contact him this week-end to get details.

You'll soon have a "monster" on your hands!
