Hello you guys....I'm going to explain this quickly....It's an emergency for me....You all know that i have the VA76...but in January 14th I have a gig.....( gotta play somewhere with a singer {girl} ) and I really need to edit some styles that i have in my va76..I have many styles..but i have some songs to learn and i need to modify some of the styles I have on my VA in order to be able to play.....and i really need to know how to modify a style, save it and i want the original one to remain in the keyboard...and the modified one, as well...so...that's 1 issue...the other issue is that ... I need to learn like... 50 songs... till January...which i'll be able to, but ... I want to make a folder on a zip disk with all the styles I'm going to use when I play with this girl....add some, remove some - so I need to know how to make a folder on a zip disk with all the styles i modified and changed for playing with this girl...I need it because when i'm on stage..i can't look for styles...edit them right there...make settings...because i need to play live...and i go there to play not to modify styles...I think i'm talking about user prg...I'm not sure...Please... I really Need The Help...It's a delicate moment...Especially the thing with the folder...

If I rememeber well, you can't make folders in a zip disk.
But if you want to have only 50 styles to play live in a gig, you may put them in two disquettes, and play directly from them.

About how modify styles, it is in the keyboard manual. If you haven't it, you may download the manual from Roland sites.

...not folder....I want the zip disk to be like a folder....I want to put 50 or more modified styles..on a zip disk, Insert it into the va76 and play with them....because i'll play live and i can't go and search through the keyboard ...the styles..and settings for each song...because i'll play with this girl live...so i need a zip disk with all the styles i will use when playing with the girl if you know what i'm saying ...

1. You may save about 2000 styles or more into a zip . But you can't make folders with them, and so, scrolling styles to go the style you want will be a nightmare.
But, if you put only your 50 styles into a blank zip drive, this zip will be like a folder. No problem.

Hello...I won't be scrolling...i insert the zip...press style button, touch disk user and i press find..and i can find any style i want ..But the thing is..how do i get the files from my kb to my zip ?

sell your VA and get a 3k.all problems solved.

Why not put all your edited styles, settings, etc in the user program banks. You can even name them as you wish. Just pull 'em up by number assigned.
