Last week I purchased an SD1 from George Kaye. Unfortunately, the keyboard was damaged in shipping. The styrofoam packing was broken into many pieces and the box was dented. Apparently, the box was dropped or was hit with a great deal of force. Dealing with UPS or FEDEX when there is damage can be a real pain.
I called George and informed him of the problem. He immediately arranged for the distributor to ship me a new keyboard and to have the damaged keyboard picked-up. The new keyboard was shipped the day I called George.
I would like to thank George for the great service and support he provides.
I would also encourage any user of this forum to purchase keyboards from George.
His product knowledge and service are the best.
