Hello WARD MUSIC
Is this Ward Music in Vancouver B.C.
Please tell me more about the Piano expansion board for the TRITON. Would it be worth while to sell my Kurzweil PC88, bank a few dollars, and put them towards a TRITON PRO. The piano sounds are important to me (see the next two postings). I guess I would miss the weighted keyboard. Can you let me know your TRITON price and Pro TRITON

Yes this is Steve Martin from Ward Music in Vancouver. The prices are $3599 and $4499 for the Pro and Pro X, respectively. ($CDN + taxes).

I haven't taken too much time to closely scrutinize the Piano expansion board, but, from what I've heard, it certainly is as good as any PC-88.

As a RELIABLE controller, the Pro X would be the ticket.

Hello Steve
It's good to know that good advise isn't too far away. I might be a great Dane but I live in Vernon B.C. I was actually in your store a couple of months ago checking out the little Korg Module (forget the model number NX5 ?). My ultimate goal is to record a full demo. Was considering one of the VS Studios but I think they will come up with a better solution soon to replace the VS880EX. In the mean time I was thinking the TRITON would be a good place to lay down those initial drum, bass and keyboard tracks although a bit pricy. Thank your for all your answers to the other postings. Could you you drop me a line at my home email with the base TRITON price - catch me at byskov@junction.net
