I own a korg x3. when playing with the levels on the board, I messed up the sound of the piano sound. it does not sound full. it sounds like a tin can. I assume the other sounds are affected as well. I am not sure what i did wrong and it is the only keyboard i use for gigs. Bottom line is-

1- how do you reset the keyboard so that the internal sounds are back at their default levels?
2- how can i get an awesome acoustic piano sound out of my X3?

I appreciate the help. Long live ALL music.

You can download the original factory presets, and some other interesting sounds, here: http://www.korg.co.uk/korg2003/downloads/x3x2dl.htm

You may have to do a reset first. This will likely wipe out all the user data, so be sure
to save anything you need before doing that. According to what I found online, a reset on the X3 is done this way: "HOLD ENTER AND CURSOR DOWN THEN POWER ON."

I hope that helps.
