Do you remember my emails with questions over
9000xSD1xVA7?
I am still waiting for Roland VA7 OS2 to decide what Kb I must to discard.
My local Roland dealer informed me that the new Os will be available next week,without cost.
Before, I must provide the serial number of
the Kb,purchased in the same dealer.

I just received word that although the upgrade may be free that Roland is recommending that the software be installed by a service center. Apparently if the Variphase is not installed right it can damage the board.

My dealer advised me that the upgrade
must be made by Roalnd Technical assist.

VA7 Version 2 Upgrade. In the UK we have had the VA7 V2 since May this year. Roland have been making this available FREE. VA7 users had to return their ZIP DISK which was replaced by Roland UK by a NEW ZIP DISK containing the new OS which includes a number of improvements including the MUSIC ASSISTANT. An Add on Instruction manual update is also included showing the improvements made.

It surprises me the you in the USA are still waiting for this upgrade.
