One 'new' feature of the Tyros which really intrigues me is its ability for the auto accompaniment to 'slow down/speed up' to follow your LIVE performance (singing and/or keyboard playing) in a rubato-like fashion.

I frequently like to begin songs rubato and then later transition into tempo so this feature sounds very useful.

I'm interested in hearing more about 'how' this feature works as well as 'how well' it works. I kind of remember hearing about a desktop computer software program that does the same thing and that it got rave reviews a couple of years back. Does this new Yamaha Tyros feature work in the same way?
