For all those interested in the saga of ZIGGY and his Genesys instrument. Let me make this clear, I have been in contact with Ziggy on numerous occasions and we are trying to get all of his issues resolved. Unfortunately, there are several issues, first Ziggy did not purchase the instrument from the USA, He already replaced the Hard Drive, and so we could not even do a warranty claim on the instrument to resolve the smaller hard drive (that was installed for some unknown reason). As far as the O.S. this is being resolved (waiting on an email from Ziggy) very shortly. Now please do not think that flaming a Manufacture or myself, saying I should be fired, got any of this to happen, is wrong. Sincerely, ANYONE that has a problem can send me an email, and I will make sure your issues are resolved. Generalmusic has prided itself on customer support and service, and continue to do so.
