Donny, that's a pretty nice song. I've never heard it before, which doesn't surprise me because I don't listen to Kenny Rogers. What is the title to the song? I want to include that in my repertoire.

Can someone tell me how to download these songs you are discussing. I've been all over the page (at these two sites) and can't find a download button, or even a "listen" button. Thanks.

Diki is right, the instrument Donny plays here is not a G70.
But he sings very good and he plays very well.

Click on one of the articles in either of the lists:

Try pressing this article, which takes you to an audio demo:
http://roland-arranger.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=215&Itemid=105

On the page you find an embedded audio player. Just click on the "Play" icon in the player to playback the demo. Easy as that

If you click on an article in the video demo list you will see a video player (just like on youtube.com). Press play in the player to playback videos

Files are only accessible as streaming medias. However, using a dial up connection shouldn't prevent you from listening to the demos. However, you should probably just wait a while until the player has preloaded the data stream - and only then press play

It is a strategic decision only to offer data streams. This is the direction where the Internet is moving... and in the long run that direction is definitely not taking into account that someone still uses low bandwidth dial up connections! My recommendation is to upgrade to broadband - if that is not possible, then move out of the jungle and into civilization laugh (just kiddin')

Hope my tip works for you

Ok My bad !!.....now that I did some research on my PC & I have so many songs on different arrangers recorded I had these all in a "Roland" folder this song was played on my G1000 but I cant recall which Piano or style I used its about 5 years ago. Sorry for misleading anyone.

I did enjoy my G70 for many reasons.....mainly the Navigation layout, Harmonizer & Editing makeup tools, Key-feel, touch screen, quality build, SMF playback, styles, & most of the sounds,......
On the flip side...I didn't enjoy the Weight, Size, Brass, Trumpets, Saxes,. but to be hones I was using OS2 not OS3 so my opinions could change on some of the above dislikes if I spent time with it .....aside from the weight & size.

I still can't find a "play" icon or anything that even suggests playing streaming audio. Can you tell me EXACTLY where it is on the screen at this site you suggested?
http://roland-arranger.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=215&Itemid=105

I spent somewhere between 10-15 hours at the music store test driving the G-70 when it first came out. I loved it at the time but they're breaking from tradition in introducing mostly contemporary dance styles and sounds now (relative to what they used to come up with).

Yes, the dial-up limits me as the Youtube recommendations go flying by me. It's not the money, it's about trying to keep distances between me and "virus's." My understanding is you're more prone to a virus if you leave a wide enough door open.

I know I'm missing a lot (with no access to the Youtube videos), but I've had enough virus crashes and re-installs to retain dial-up, even though it costs me just as much.

Anyhow, I've been trying to listen for a while now to the demo's at "roland-arranger.com." If I'm correct, this is the former Denmark site?

So can one of you stay with me until I can figure it out? P.S. I'm computer literate if that helps.

Thanks again

Mark

Mark hang in there maybe Diki, Weiss, Fran or some of the other Roland G70 people can email you some demos or maybe some YouTUbe demos on CD being you dont have high speed Internet.....which may i say if you have the right anti virus programs installed you wont have the virus problems & it will open the world to you especially musically

Hi Mark
1. Get yourself a good quality security suite and keep it updated, you should then not have any problems. (In addition keep the Windows Firewall active and download Microsoft Defender)
2. Make regular backups of your system, so if the system does crash it will cause minimal disruption.
3. Use a router to connect to the internet, as most contain a hardware Firewall, and allow you to block sites you don’t want. (You will also find many other security settings in there)
4. Make sure you have the Flash Player 9 installed and activated. (This is the software Roland Arranger .com use)
5. The play bar is after the write up, but before the comments. (Just click the arrow)
Hope this helps

Bill
