The term: "Makeup Tools" just sounded to me a little odd for: music song & style editing. I posted the pic merely tongue n' cheeck, and apologize if I offended any G70 owners. Btw: Just because I didn't purchase a G70 doesn't mean I'm not a G70 fan. I appreciate all the top arranger keyboards out there: G70, Tyros2, Pa1X, GEM Genesys, etc. - Scott

When i had a va5 i remember something called style orchertrator that gave u 3 different band sizes...the g70 surely has an even better version of this feature

Roland fan ...it indeed has it "covered"..

As I have said in may other posts in other threads, there is no perfect keyboard. Some people may prefer the T2's clean sound, others might find the Korg's electronic timbres appealing, yet someone else may prefer the live styles of the Ketron. They are all right - every keyboard has its own strong points and shortcomings, and someone may find one or another board a greater inspiration to them. No need to start a big argument here.

I personally like the Roland sound. So I voted with my feet - I bought a G70.

You gotta realize that posting in a general forum is bound to get a general audience ( no surprise I'm sure ). I understand your intention but maybe it would have been better posted in a Roland specific forum like http://www.synthzone.com/cgi-bin/forumdisplay.cgi?action=topics&number=38 if you wanted a more restricted audience. Of course there is no need to but when you do post here just don't be surprised by all the non Roland users that use this forum.

Makeup Tools are what G70 users use to reconcile with non-G70 users when they hijack our threads........ ;-)
