It seems that my harmonizer on my X1 is working differently than before. When I use L&R the harmony, effects and reverb are there. When I use L&R and out 3 with the mic the harmony is there but not the effects. It seems like this used to work for me this way. What could be wrong? It has been a little strange since the last operating system software upgrade. I think I'm using version 3.

Please download & load OS4.0 from our website (www.ketron.it) and let me know if this cures this issue. You should loose effects only when using separate outputs (SEPARATE OUT).

I was using version 4 but I downloaded it and installed it again. I also reinstalled your vocalizer files that you sent me. There is still no reverb or effects on the microphone when I use L&R out 3 and route the mike to output 3. The harmonizer still works but no effects. I know this worked before. Any more suggestions?
