There y'all are!

I posted at this BBS a few times a couple of years ago, and back then it was the General Discussion that was hopping. I guess everyone's migrated over here since. I stopped by looking for help, and any you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

It's not an Arranger deal, but I understand that many of you know more than just Arrangers. Please take a peek and tell me what you think.

Go ahead and laugh if it's a dumb question... (No, it's not "What keyboard should I buy?") I know I'm behind the times and out of the loop on a lot of things. As I mentioned in my original post, I'm much more of a musician than a producer. If I had my way, I'd just write the music and let some other poor soul press the buttons on the machines! But, alas, it never turns out the way you want it if you don't do it yourself (and sometimes it doesn't anyway).

I think I got it now, cassp. At least, I know enough to get started and make some educational mistakes. If I have any more stupid questions, I won't be afraid to ask. If you have any more input for me, I'm still listening!
