Thanks for the link!

I was looking for a review of this set. How about this qoute from the last paragraph:

"the final result is that the speakers are at the high end of the quality spectrum. The 2300 thus represents one of the rare possible choices in this product sector for those who seek the best in the category."

Sounds good. Tom's Hardware has good reviews, but remember: They are reviewing this piece of equipment for what it is, computer speakers for home use.

I was less than enthusiastic about the Z-2200's ability to reproduce my vocals at moderate volumes without distortion.

I currently perform with two Yamaha MS-100 speakers that are rated at 100 watts each. The Logitech Z-2200 is rated at 200 watts. The Yamahas, while way more expensive, do go a lot louder.

The Logitechs are definitely the best for the buck: $100 plus or minus. It might be perfect for audiences of 40 or less. Don't expect to buy it and to be able to sell your JBLs or Mackies.

The Z-2200 was very bass heavy in sound reproduction. It looks like the Z-2300 has better sound balance at the cost of overall volume.
