It has been a wonderful year, lots of music and writing jobs, met some incredible individuals, lost of few friends and relatives to father time. Among the host of friends here on the Synthzone is one that always makes my days and weeks a lot brighter--Helmut Licht. He's an outstanding musician, entertainer, composer and one of the kindest, most generous people anyone could have the pleasure of knowing. Just a week ago he sent his Christmas song. This morning, he sent a New Year's song that just makes a cloudy, dreary day a whole lot easier to endure. I would like to sincerely wish everyone here a Very Happy New Year, and a prosperous, healthy 2006.

As the song goes "We'll take a cup of kindness yet, For auld lang syne."
