Has anyone heard or or owned one? Will it work with an SC88? Any specs? HELP!!!

Are you talking about a little remote cntrol that came with the old sound canvas?
I don't think it will work with SC88.
But to double check - contact Roland. They are probably the only ones who can tell you for sure.

Thanks, Ed. Roland doesn't even list the remote anywhere in its support literature, so I guess I'll have to write them directly. I'm thinking that the remote won't work wit my SC88 either.

You're right.
Direct cummunication is probably the only way.
Roland don't list much nowadays. They don't even post their manuals on the net. It's a shame, 'cause almost every other company does it as a standard procedure.
If I'll find out any useful information (I still know a few good Roland teks) - I'll let you know ASAP.
