Need your help, I own the em2000 and from what I've understood the G-1000 is a better keyboard. I was told when I bought my em2000 that the g1000 was the same keyboard but it had more keys and no speakers. That was the only differences. it that true? Should I've gotten the g1000 because its "Better"

Thanks

mc....The two products are the same with the following differences.

EM2000.
61 Note Keyboard
Speaker-Amplifier System
Bigger Tilting Screen
D-Beam Controller

G1000.
76 Note Keyboard
Better Pro like Feel Keyboard

Apart from the above, the 2 products if connected to the same sound system, sound the same. All Styles and user Programs are the same in each and can be used in each. The G1000 is possibly the most successful Arranger that Roland have ever produced. Do to its success I think they decided to make a domestic version the EM2000 to obtain more sales.
