I have an 01w/pro, and I want to be able to set the amount of chorus depth from my sequences. I have tried controller #93 [I have an old chart of midi controller #'s and what they control], and this doesn't work. I can't find anything that helps in the 01 manual. Possibly a sysex message? [I would prefer to use a controller, since I know little about sysex.]

go into your fx and scroll thru until you find the parameter relating to external controll , aftertouch gate etc. The fx 1 and 2 should have lots of midi contol , IT may lead you to the cc number being used to control the depth of the chorus .Also make sure that control is enabled in the global
mode
