To be honest.... this is how it looks most of the time
In a few seconds I can 'run out' the Yamaha AW16G (mounted on rails just above the PC).... plug a microphone into the Mackie Onxy, route it to the AW.. READY !

I do admit sometimes my room is a complete mess e.g. yesterday I checked my PA-system, built some new cables, replaced all non-Neutrik connectors to Neutrik, modified my multicore so it can be used on both the AW16G and Mackie 1402VLZ.
Now and than I do only-audio-amplification/recording jobs for (brass) bands or theatre-shows. (2 AKG C3000's and 4 Shure SM58Beta's, SRM450's and SRM350 monitor)

Roel, Nice pic shots of your music production room. I like the warm soothing color scheme & the built into the wall power plugs mounted across the wall at easily assessible counter height. My only concern with the room is the hard surfaces everywhere (especially the bare tile floor), which I suspect produce an undue amount of sound reflectance of which would interfere with accurate monitoring thru near field monitors. Have you considered adding carpet or rugs, and/or wall mounted sound absorption panels (acoustic tile) to absorb (cut down) on sound reflection? - Scott
