Since there has been some interest in the VoicePrism at this forum, I thought I would keep everyone posted on how TC-Helicon responds to my problem.
The LCD on my VoicePrism goes blank once the machine is booted up. The unit seems to be working fine otherwise. Strangely, the LCD displays messages during boot up. I emailed TC-Helicon Technical Support. "Claus" responded the next day, telling me to call him or Brian to discuss the problem. Apparently, they gave me the number to TC-Helicon voice mail. I navigated to hardward technical support where I was told all representatives were busy and they would call me back if I left a message. I left a message with a phone number Yesterday, and so far have not been called back. I emailed Claus suggested he leave an extension for me, but I have not received a response to that email. I called the voice mail several times to see if I could get through, but they are always busy. That's it so far.
