what do i have to do to make sounds of the Trinity go onto the MPC 2000 sequencer. When i'm in the standard drum kit on the Trinity i want to use them on Track 1 and 2 on the MPC 2000.When i put a sound on track 1 it will play when i put a sound on track 2 they will play but when i change the program to a different sound on the Trinity the new sound will take place of the drum sounds already in the MPC 2000 sequencer.(it will play the new sound as if i had the drum sounds there)
please if anyone can help me in anyway possible it will be very greatly apreciated

thanx from the very frustrated Dj SkY sCrApEr

bro...

where are you working from? NY state?

I am probably purchasing a Triton soon for the production of hip hop tracks, so I expect to have many of the same questions as you. You working on any mix tapes? Have a crew?

I'm building with my fam from upstate NY (Rochester)

Get at me...

peace

I have a trinity plus so here we go. Go to the drum block with the cursor and switch it to midi, to the right turn off to 1a, in program turn off till you see 1. You go from 1 to 128. set the program you want and record the track. Track 2 would be 2a and so on. make sure your trinity is on sequencer mode. midi in 1 on mpc to midi out on trinity, midi in on trinity to midi out a on mpc. good luck.
