Does anyone have any suggestions for saving
several multi-mode settings on the TR-Rack?

I'm using an MPC 3000 as my controller and sequencer but it doesn't save external system data (to my knowledge). Right now I write down all the settings which really sucks and wastes alot of time.

OEM Sound Diver Trinity also doesn't save multi mode data.

Any suggestions?

TR-RACK USERS: How do you save several multi-mode settings?

Thanks !!!!!!

Hey man!
I use Cakewalk and save sysex which is then always transferred to TR when I open the *.wrk file.
So when I'm working with a song and my TR
multi settings(insert&master fx, etc...)are
the way I want'em to be I make a multi dump
and receive them in Cakewalk. U can do the
same in VST by recording the dump and I guess
all the "modern" PC/mac sequencers do the
same.
Well, I don't know if this was the answer you
were looking for but anyway... On the other
hand are you sure your MPC can't save
external sysex? It sounds a little strange
for a machine that "pro"(huh?)
Good luck!

I'm having serious probs with recording multi mode data from my tr-rack
to Cakewalk (v8). Could you please explain how you recieve and send this data?
Its driving me crazy!!!!!!

There are no Korg tr-rack instrument devices to choose from when I click on
the recieve button on the sysex bank menu. I send the message myself and nothing happens....WHAT IS going ON???!!!!!!!!!!!!
