I've been attempting to use the Korg z1 in multi mode, sequenced in cakewalk. However the only parts that will respond are those that are on the global channel. Ive read the manual front to back and nothing works. I've set Omni to on, defined and rededined the midi channels..nothing. Anyone HELP!

Switch omni mode off

Make sure your parts are assigned midi channels In multi mode press midi button. Select a midi channell for each part.

In midi mode press OSC. Make sure your parts have polyphony set to more than 0.

In multi mode. Ensure the keyboard ranges of each part span the desired amount of keys on your keyboard.
