the arranger function doesn't work anymore. I select a style, press start, The start button turns red, as if the style is playing but there is no sound. When i use styles from the User Program, i load the style start it, there's no sound, only for the right hand. The piano mode works perfectly. arranger doesn't. what should i do ?

Buy a Yamaha? :-)

Seriously though is there a setting for the accompaniment volume? Perhaps it is set to zero for some reason. On Yamaha arrangers there is a style volume setting, so that's the first thing I would look at if it happened to me.

Does it only happen with a User Program? Perhaps you are in a record mode?

ROFLMAO....

It's always the simplest things that are the hardest to figure out! How seldom do you use the volume pedal if it took that long to troubleshoot it?!

Plus, I thought that if you press a volume pedal DOWN, everything gets LOUDER.....!

Anyway, don't worry about it, let the kids play as much as they want to, we have an obligation to get the next generation interested in music. I might never have gotten into playing if my uncle had kept me off his old Lowery auto-play organ in the sixties!
