Hi DanO1,
I was playing the Wersi Pegasus from 1994 to 2001 (it was then replaced by Wersi Abacus).
As with most of Wersi keyboards it was ahead of it's time.Tech Specs:it is using an INMOS Transputer as the main processor and a set of Wersi designed ASICS for audio processing and it was the first keyboard with a touch screen and a intergrated Hard Disk which in the latest version was capable of storing 1024 styles and 1024 sequences.
The change form any style/sequence to another style/sequence is instantaneous.
The sound of the Pegasus may sound a little dated by today's standards but was high quality ten years ago.The Peagsus was entirely user programmable featuring full editors for styles, sequences, sounds, drumsets, total presets, even a programmable 3-band digital output equaliser.
Newer Pegasus versions are availabler from
