I turned on my keyboard and on the trinity overture combi page the volume slider is stuck on and I'm unable to call up any other sounds it's frozen i guess. is there some way to reboot without having to take it in somewhere

Perhaps you should clean the display or re-install the system software.

Just perform a hard reset.

Turn off your Trinity.
Press and hold down enter and 0.
Turn on your Trinity.
After 3 seconds let the, enter and 0 buttons go.

And you should be back up and running.
If that does not work do exactly the same again only using the reset button instead of the enter button. You mist still use the 0 button.
