hey guys
i was just wondering can i play user styels that i recorded my self on the KORG i30 on a KORG PA80 ?

and also if i wanna convert these same i30 user styels to the solton X1 format ?

You can load your I30 styles into the PA80 in the user banks. But if you want to play your I30 styles in Direct FD mode, you have to first load the I30 styles into the PA80's user banks and then save them back into floppy to work in the Direct FD mode.

Yes, you have 3 user banks (total of 48 styles) on the PA80 to save your I30 styles.

Well you can also save on the original factory data all you have to is remove the copy protection in global mode and wow you have 304 places to save your styles a unique feature of PA80.

you mean you can really have 304 pa80 USER styels recorded from scratch DRUMS,PREC,BASS,ACC1,ACC2 ETC ?>
with fillins and intros and all .?

and one other things are the sliders controlls on the pa80 similar to the those on the i30 to controll each part sepreate ?
drums,preccu,bass, and so on ?

No sliders in PA80 it have buttons for individual parts, it also does not have touch screen and yes you can save the style to any location you want..
