Uncle Dave has really shed the pounds. When I saw him last year he appeared to be 40 to 50 pounds heavier than this more recent photo. Gotta' be pumping iron or somethin'!

Congratulations U.D.--looking good.

Wow ...... hey, thanx Garr !
That pic has 10 lbs in it that are history. That was taken in early December, and I'm still on track.
This is the best I've ever felt.

OK, Uncle Dave. Tell us how you're doing this. I could use all the help I can get to dump about 35 pounds.

Looking good there U.D. I'm in the process of shedding a few myself. I now have adult onset diabetes. I'm walking 3 miles a day and doing phase two of Southbeach. I skipped phase one. If this doesn't work I will go back and do phase one. So far my sugar levels have dropped to almost normal. Please let us know how you did it.

It probably will be time for you to change keyboards now that Ketron will be introducing a new model WITH speakers.

Tom,

Get on phase one and follow the diet religiously--the pounds will melt away and most folks average about a 12 to 15-pound loss during that two week period. My wife, who was also experiencing the onset of early dibetes, now no longer has to take any diabetes medications of any kind and her blood sugar has reverted to perfectly normal levels.

Good Luck,

Gary
