That looks like a third-party company has removed the keyboard and replaced it with an accordian-button interface. Notice the labels on the front panel just below the buttons on the right.

Ever since CORDOVOX came out with the 'side-by-side' accordion WAY back in the day, I've wondered how accordion players (I was one too) adapted to playing the buttons (left hand side) in a horizontal position ... I don't know if I could have done that ... my CORDOVOX was the standard accordion type ... t.
There's one shop in Belgium that advertises customizing the Tyros. Accordion players are very popular over there as OMBs or in bands so I reckon that there must be quite a few of such boards.
