Frank, I agree. The MFC10 is definitely built like a tank weighing in at nearly 8 lbs (3.52 kg) and measuring 24" x 8.5" x 6" (608 x 215 x 153). I LOVE this unit though. I have different custom pedal configuration assignments stored in each of its multiple banks suitable for different song setups. Utilizing the MFC10 for LIVE work is tremendously powerful because it allows you to achieve so MUCH MORE than conceivably possible when trying to access (by hand) the many arranger functions & parameters while still playing (with both hands) the keyboard itself. I'm convinced that utilizing the MFC10 will produce a MORE polished show performance. Still, because of its size and weight, I reserve the MFC10 for the 'big events' and leave it home for those short (1 hr) mulitple gigs per day, when I need to run quickly from place to place and don't want to have to lug that heavy cumbersome brick around. - Scott
