Sorry guys but this was the only place I felt I could get some real answers and not just someone trying to sell me speakers. I have been chosen from my band to upgrade the sound system of the band, I will give you the list of equipment we are currently using.
2 EV T18" subs
driven by a bridged PLX 3002
2 EV T52 (15" and horn)mains
driven ba one channel of another 3002
now the monitors
2 EV sx200, and old JBL 12" and horn,
and 2 more 15" and horn EV's

We now want to get subs that will outplay the current EV's. ex. more punch , bottom end, higher excurison, ( using electonic drums and bass through them )

Now the tricky part, 8 or 10 same sized, pole mountable and monitor usable trap shaped speakers, probably the 12" and horn set-up.

Each sub will have a dual mounted 12" and horn.

The others will be se-up as monitors for the band.

I need something at least equal in sound quality, higher SPL, more punch, and smaller.

I'm sure this should take a matter of seconds for everyone to figure out

thanks

I'd like to help, but I'm unfamiliar with most of the gear you have, so wouldn't know what would be an improvement. You're almost going to have to get someone who lives close enough to you to physically check out your gear.
Personally, I no longer use anything that I can't lift with one hand!
