Hi all...

Wondering if anyone can help me. A while ago, while I was trying to decide on a keyboard (I finally went with the Alesis QS8) I was trying out all different types. On one of the Korgs I tried (the trinity maybe?) there was a program/patch that sounded almost identical to the background keyboard at the beginning part of Pink Floyd's "Shine On You Crazy Diamond"

I'm really trying hard to find which synth this program came from, and what the program name is. If this rings any bells with anyone, please respond or e-mail me. Thanks!

Hello!

Which part of Shine ON are you referring to?

The slow intro, or the wailing synth towards the end?

I remember Kurzweil having a couple of stock Pink Floyd patches, one of them was ON THE RUN, and the beggining meeelllloooowww intro to SHINE ON. The K2000 and k2500 had them.

Thank you for a quick reply.
I was actually referring to the slow mellow background synthesizer that fades in at the very beginning of Shine On.
You're right. It must have been the Kurzweil K2500. I tried it the same day as the Korg Trinity. I guess I just mixed them up.

Cheers.
