I've seen some on the internet but has anybody used or heard arranger keyboards with the accordion styles left hand?

Orla keyboards is coming out with one which would be a perfect addition to my SD1 for playing my bass parts and adding chords also.

I was wondering are the chords sections of the 120 button parts, can dthey be strings or guitar strums?
