All my guitars did a syncronized shake! Very smooth! No damage here in LA. It was just a slight swaying motion and not a jolt as the big ones feel.

I didn't even notice it here in Ventura just 40 or so miles away from George's shop in Reseda Southern Cal. Thank goodness. When they are big they are really scary. Though you never feel them if you are driving when they happen cos the car suspension absorbs them like a bump in the road.

5 minutes after the tsunami warning, I got all the kids on the van and head for the high ground. Fortunately, it was cancelled shortly after.
