Hi, could someone please tell me where I can find midis with lyrics or buy them? I called Guitar Center today and the clerk informed me that they don't cary midis with lyrics as they are for special orders only. So, would you all please help me find a place or site where I can purchase midi files with lyrics! I thank you all very much.

Just go to Google and search for midi + lyrics. You'll find thousands.

Johnny, If you want to purchase sequences with lyrics, inquire about Tune 1000 sequences. Most larger super stores should handle the product..

Also, Fran Carango....thank you for the info, just did a search on "Tune 1000" and found it on the net. Yikes, ...lol $6.00 per song if you choose to download or purchase individual midis/songs! Thank you very much for the info.

Don may not have been totally clear about what he meant about using google....

Go to www.google.com

Type in the word "lyric" and next to it type in a quote mark and the name of a song, or even just part of the lyrics that you can remember... a few words from the song that are distinctive... and then an end quote.

Same trick for .mid files; here use "MIDI" instead of the word "lyric".

I believe this is one of the most powerful midi search engines availlable today. You can check the "Only show results containing Karaoke " button to search for the midi with lyrics only.
