"This Upgrade Program is for U.S. customers only, who need to sell their Motif in order to upgrade to the new Motif ES.

In September a special on-line registration form will be posted on www.MotifESUpgrade.com. The enrollment form will include all the information about your Motif (OS version, memory installed, PLGs, gig bag, voice banks etc).

The form will also contain information on the person who purchased your Motif, plus information on your new Motif ES (serial number, where you purchased, etc.). All you will have to do is fill this out and then Yamaha U.S. will take care of the rest including verifying your information.

When you sell your Motif, let the person or store buying it know that you are going to upgrade because they will also get some real benefits. After Upgrading:

The purchaser of the Pre-Owned Motif will receive, directly from Yamaha US:

A certificate for a new one year parts and labor warranty
Any one of the three Get Motivated DVD’s free of charge
A Discount Card worth over $500 for 25% discounts on:
Any PLG Card, AEIB2, BC3, FC7, FC4, Yamaha Motif bags and cases
A Motif CDROM containing Sounds, Samples, and Patterns.
You the purchaser of a new Motif ES will receive, directly from Yamaha US:

A certificate for an extra one year parts and labor warranty (Total two years)
Any one of the three Get Motivated DVDs free and the new Motif ES DVD
A Discount Card worth over $500 for 25% discounts on:
The mLAN 16E, any PLG Card, AEIB2, BC3, FC7, FC4, Yamaha Motif bags and cases
A Motif CDROM containing Sounds, Samples, and Patterns.
Plus you will be entered into a monthly Music Production Studio drawing, items include:

01X Digital Mixing Studio
AW16G
mLAN 16E mLAN interface card
AEIB2 output expansion
PLG boards

The above is only open to people who Upgrade and Register so the chances of winning are extremely high. If aren’t selected the first month, you still have 12 chances to win. The winners will be posted on Motifator.com and of course notified directly.
