Felice Bryant passed away yesterday.

Felice WHO? you say?

Well, she and her husband Boudleaux (who died several years ago) were prolific songwriters and penned a massive catalogue of songs including many huge hits for many artists such as The Everly Brothers, songs that many of us older guys cut our teeth on when love and life and rock'n'roll were new.

You 'country' guys on here could probably reel off a string of titles written by this duo. I'll bet they've got the angels a-rockin'.

Unfortunately, I find that I spend too little attention (ESPECIALLY for a musician) to the 'songwriters' .....
The other day I was working on "I Could Not Ask For More" and saw the songwriter's name: Diane Warren .... So the night before last I'm watching "American Idol" and the guest judge is DIANE WARREN !!! ... What a prolific songwriter....
