Are you telling us IBM-HDD's do not work on the PSR9k and Tyros ?
Yamaha told you they should work ?

In the (online) manual of the Tyros Yamaha gives the impression ANY 2,5" IDE drive will work as long as the dimensions are within the 'limits' so it fits in.

I think you are trying to explain your screen shows no startup information.... in fact the machine does not boot. Am I right ?
