I'm just getting started on my K2500. I've
searched chapter chapter 12 Song Mode for a
way to delete small mistakes, like playing notes C and D when I intended to only play D.
My old Yamaha SY85 allows me to easily remove
the unwanted note. Can my K2500 do the same
thing?

I have the K2000...and on the song page, if I edit the song, then select TRACK from the menu...by using the CHAN up down buttons I can select which track to edit...and thus edit individual notes.

From Song Mode, Press EDIT (make sure the cursor isn't on the program name or that will edit the sound instead of the song).

From here you can go into the Track editor, or the Event editor. The Event editor might be easier to correct one small mistake.

In either editor you can use the CHANNEL/BANK up and down buttons (to the left of the display) to switch between tracks or even select ALL tracks.
