I hear ya Gary...I guess I was referring to some of the large elevated stages that we play on, where there's a clean up crew after the show. I've often thought about the idea of mounting a rubber pad on the bottom side of a volume pedal. I do guitar work as well while doing kbs, so the floor below me often looks like an electronic store blew up, with half a dozen stomp boxes and two volume controls, along with a snake or two.

Hi Bill

I've got a Roland piano type sustain pedal that has a piece of rubbery material the same dimensions as the bottom of the pedal that is attached to a screw on the pedal nearest you that swivels so you can put your foot on it to hold it in place. It also has rubber feet on the pedal.

I don't see any model number. Someone gave it to me, so I don't know how old it is or if it's still made.

This pedal is certainly a step in the right direction. (no pun intended)

I don't use mine either.

What I do use with my Tyros is 3 Bespeco VM20's. They latch together. I use the right one for sustain, middle is for fill and the left is for glide. I like it.

They'll probably run you anywhere from $15-$25 apiece.

I bought one several years ago for $15. Recently I bought one on ebay for $7 with shipping. Then I added another, which cost me about $20.

I keep them all locked together, so they don't slip apart, by wedging a little piece of business card between them. This keeps them all secure.

Each pedal has four rubber feet, so you get a total of 12 little feet working for you.

I use some 3' different colored cords from Peavey to help know which pedal plugs where into the Tyros.

I have the Creep-No-More and it is wonderful.
Keeps the foot pedal perfectly in place, it
does not move at all. The main part is only
about 2 by 5 inches
It has a slot that the
cord fits in and then has a material strip(almost like felt) attached to it. This strip is about 21 inches long. Can be left
that way or folded under if you want it smaller. I highly recommed it. I gave one
to a friend of mine who plays professionally
and he wouldn't be without it. I ordered mine from Dan at Keyboardstoday.com for $l6.95.
